Haul-E Capture privacy policy

The optional extension stores the company's LogiDash origin and opens the Dispatcher. It has no host access or content scripts and cannot read websites, email, screenshots, browsing history, cookies or saved passwords.

Pasting creates a local preview. Nothing is uploaded until the signed-in dispatcher selects “Send to Haul-E”. Only visible pixels in that screenshot are included; email attachments and hidden page content are not accessed.

Depending on the LogiDash environment selected for your organisation, the screenshot is read either by LogiDash's organisation-controlled processing host or by a contracted cloud AI processor. The cloud option may process the screenshot outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards in our processor agreement.

Only the submitted pixels and the instructions needed to extract the quote fields are sent. LogiDash does not permit captures to be used to train or fine-tune models.

Submitted screenshots are kept in private tenant-scoped storage for no more than seven days and are deleted after a draft is stored or processing finally fails. A cloud AI processor may retain a request flagged by its automated safety systems for abuse review for up to 90 days; ordinary request-and-response logging is not enabled.

LogiDash records limited operational metadata such as the engine and model version, processing location, latency and token counts. That metadata does not include the screenshot or generated response.

Haul-E prepares an editable draft with field evidence. A dispatcher must compare it with the screenshot and explicitly submit the quote form; the AI result does not create a quote or make a legal or similarly significant decision by itself. Your organisation can contact LogiDash about the configured processing option.

Your organisation normally determines why operational screenshots are submitted and acts as controller; LogiDash processes them to provide the service.
